The CAPI is simple: submit your Schedule A anonymously — no company name, no contract, no identifying information required. We compile the data, find the averages, and publish a report that tells the whole industry what people are actually charging for late fees, violation letters, transfer fees, and more.

This research will help executives, boards, and management teams do three things:

• Benchmark their pricing against national averages
• Communicate their value to clients with confidence and data to back it up
