Our Story: Why We Chose a Different Path

We started these executive groups because something was missing in the CAM industry: a place where leaders could speak freely, get real help, and grow their businesses without being sold to.
Too often, mastermind-style groups are either thinly veiled sales funnels or led by people who have never owned a management company. We knew that for peer advisory groups to be valuable, they had to be led by someone who’d actually lived the challenges — not just talked about them.
We also chose a nonprofit structure for a reason: so the mission stays clear and member-focused. This isn’t about squeezing out every dollar or building a business empire. It’s about helping management company owners stay independent, grow profitably, and have the tools, relationships, and resources to build the life and business they want — on their terms.
By keeping this nonprofit, we’re removing hidden agendas and making sure our only goal is supporting you, your team, and your long-term success.

Our Board is made up of seasoned professionals who have spent their careers in the community association management industry — either as company owners or in key roles serving executive teams.
